DALLAS is the product of the mating between Major and Jessie.  She is out of the second breeding of this highly successful cross that ultimately produced 8 litters.  This cross produced pups with great desire to work upland cover and a strong determination to retrieve on land and water.  Dallas along with several full siblings from this cross have made great contributions to our current breeding program.        

GGI MAJOR was an exciting sire with an equally exciting pedigree.  His litters produced prodigy with sensible personalities, great drive to work and to please and good looks and build.  Major’s breeding includes some of the most sound and influential Labradors in the history of the sport.  You will find Major in most of our current pedigrees.  

GGI JESSIE is a very athletic 70 pound female.  She has a tremendous desire to perform while still being very pleasant to work with.  Jessie has earned a great reputation as a producer and has joined the ranks of 4 other top producing Good Go Ing Dams in her pedigree, Dawn, Magic, Mindy and Nancy .    GGI MR. DAVIDSON “DAVE” has proven to be an excellent dog for us.  His breeding is exceptional and is made up of the best yellow and black lines in the country.      

FC HAWKEYE’S MAJOR DAY earned over 30 all-age points in his trial career.  FC LAKERIDGE’S MAGNUM MIKE earned 60 Derby points and an open win before 2 years old.  FC-AFC BLACK GOLD’S KATES RASCAL is a strong performer and producer.  Rascal earned 51 Derby points in the 1986 season and was 8th place over all.                   

NAFC-FC MD'S COTTON PICK'N CROPPER won the ’93 NAFC and was a finalist in both the ’96 NAFC and ’96 NFC.  NFC-AFC JUBILASHUS T.C. MALARKY, the sire of MISSION MOUNTAIN WITCHY WOMAN, won the ’86 NFC and was a 3 time National Finalist.  He earned 117 All-Age points and sired 5 FC’s.  GGI DAWN is known for her drive and style to perform, willingness to please and great disposition.  She has proven to be an excellent producer.  GGI CHARGER was our most popular stud dog through most of the 80’s and early 90’s.  

Outstanding Sire Award winners NFC San Joaquin Honcho and Super Powder also help make up Astoria ’s pedigree.  Other notable dogs include FC-AFC WILDERNESS HARLEY TO GO, NAFC-CNFC PIPERS PACER and ’88 CNFC Hiwood Piper Pacer’s Pic.
