BETTE is a proven producer.  She has produced standout dogs throughout her litters in the areas of desire, trainability and temperament.  Her past litter with Copper has been very successful and before that, with Major, Copper’s sire.  Bette, herself has a great personality and is a very talented gun dog.  She is a joy to own and work with. 

Several generations of selective breeding have made these very consistent traits in our Labradors .  Bette and her sisters Bonnie and Blair exemplify our breeding goals to a very high level.  We are also very pleased with their abilities as producers.  Their pups are carrying on the traits we expect in the areas of conformation, desire, trainability and temperament.  The ability to consistently produce the desired traits throughout each litter and from generation to generation is the most essential goal of all and is paramount to the long term success of any breeding program.  

DAVE has sired nearly 30 litters, of yellow and black pups.  He is an excellent dog and has proven to be a great sire.  His breeding is exceptional and is made up of the best yellow and black lines in the country. 

CROPPER won the ’93 NAFC and was a finalist in both the ’96 NAFC and ’96 NFC.  HOUSTON was named the High Point Amateur Dog in 1991,92 and 94.  He is a 3x Double Header Winner, with over 300 All-Age points.  These credentials make this the strongest line of yellows in history.  MALARKY won the ’86 NFC and was a 3 time National Finalist.  He earned 117 All-Age points and sired 5 FC’s. 

MICKEY is a very aggressive worker.  She has great endurance and persistence, yet very affectionate.  She is a smaller Labrador and very well built.  RUCKUS was a finalist in the ’92 NFC and won and ’94 NFC.  HEIR GO is a sister to FC-AFC Chena River Tug.  Tug was the 1994 National Derby Champion with 99 points.  The #2 point earner in history.  She also earned her FC-AFC titles by 22 months old. 

 HARLEY produced many great litters for us.  She consistently produced strong retrieving and quartering labs, making her offspring excellent waterfowl and upland dogs.  Harley was a well built, stocky female with a very warm personality.  WILDERNESS HARLEY TO GO was an ’89 Nat. Amt. Finalist and sire of ’93 CNAFC The Shooter, ’94 NFC Candlewoods Raisa Ruckus, ’96 NAFC Candlewood’s Bit O Bunny and countless other FC’s, including FC-AFC Webshire’s Honest Abe (Sire of 1996 National Top Derby Dog and 1998 NFC).  NANCY is one of our original brood females and she produced several nice litters for us and gave us many great dogs to carry on with.  Her name is seen throughout these pedigrees.  She is by NFC-AFC San Joaquin Honcho and FC-AFC Big River Ruffian.
